Important! Universal items are not application specific and may or may not suit your vehicle. Some items may be suitable but are listed as universal (e.g. wheel nuts, oil filters). In some cases, a product may not fit automatically but can still be used with modification (e.g. catch can, gauge pod). Be sure to check if the product is right for you or ask us for assistance before purchasing.

Orders & Payment Information

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Back-ordered parts will ship when the entire order is in stock unless the purchaser requests separate shipping for an additional fee. All orders (website, phone, Facebook, or any other method) may be held until payment clears. Website prices are estimates only and may change without notice due to manufacturer price updates. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, COD, Afterpay, Zippay, Wizit, or bank wire transfer. All Australian orders include 10% GST on checkout. Transactions are SSL secured.

Please note all in-store EFTPOS transactions incur a 1.5% card surcharge.

Yakuza Motorsports no longer accepts over-the-phone payments. Please order via our website. For installations, call our office for a one-time code to remove shipping charges.

In-store purchases using payment plans do not accept PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay, or Wizit as our EFTPOS terminal is not compatible with these options.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and shipped the same or next day if in stock (excluding weekends/holidays). During peak times, delays may occur. Significant delays will be communicated via email. We do not guarantee delivery dates for out-of-stock or backordered items. Buyers must notify us of special shipping requirements. Refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to additional shipping costs and/or a 25% restocking fee. Some packages may require signatures. Notify us within 2 days if you receive an incorrect item.

All pickups will be notified when parts arrive in-store. Not all products are kept in the showroom. For stock queries email sales@yakuzamotorsports.com.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address after placing your order. We process quickly and may have limited time to make changes.

All packages are carefully packaged and inspected. If a package appears damaged, inspect it with the carrier before signing. Damage claims will be made with the carrier. We will ship replacements after claims are approved. If no replacement is available, we will refund the item cost.

Product Pricing and Supply

Website prices are maintained to be accurate but may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order sold at an incorrect price due to error, with full customer notification and refund or the option to pay the correct price.

Rays Japan wheels pricing is a guide only. Prices fluctuate based on exchange rates and shipping costs.

Cancelling an online order after purchase or failure to respond to emails may result in fees. Customers using Afterpay, Zippay, Wizit, or PayPal will be charged payment provider fees and a 25% handling fee if the supplier charges us for a cancelled product.

Warranty

All items are warranted only through their manufacturers. Mishandled, abused, or used items void warranty. Serial and production numbers are documented before shipping. Defective items can be claimed via the manufacturer, but replacement is at the manufacturer's discretion. Customers pay all shipping/handling costs for warranty returns. Warranty on Rebuilds by Yakuza Motorsports

12-month / unlimited-kilometre warranty

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or modified.

Yakuza Motorsports warrants engines to be free from defects in workmanship and materials during the warranty period. If a defect arises, we may repair or replace the defective parts free of charge. We reserve the right to replace parts with components of similar quality if identical parts are unavailable. All replaced parts become our property. Refurbished goods may be used.

Your rights under this warranty include replacement or refund for major failures, and repairs or replacements for other failures.

The warranty does not apply if:

• A qualified mechanic did not confirm compatibility before installation.
• Installation was not performed by a qualified person per manufacturer specifications.
• The engine was not properly maintained.

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Corrosion or erosion
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or racing conditions
• Contaminants
• Consumables
• Overheating damage

Not suitable for LPG, turbocharged, or marine applications unless specified. We are not liable for consequential damages. Warranty is non-transferable. Service records may be requested to validate claims. Customers must make engines available for inspection. Costs of non-warranty inspections are borne by the customer.

Warranty on Digital Products (ECU Tunes)

Modifying/tuning a vehicle may void manufacturer warranty. By purchasing ECU Tune products, you accept risks including increased wear and reduced reliability. We ensure our tunes are well-tested but the owner is responsible for ensuring vehicle health before and after modification.

Vehicle Tuning Disclaimer

We offer ECU remapping and custom software for various vehicles. We use established tools and carry out diagnostic checks before and after tuning. Vehicles may be test-driven for logging.

We take responsibility for the ECU during remapping in-house. Issues during flash programming will be repaired or recovered. For customers using our files to flash their ECU themselves, we provide no warranty but offer support. We are not responsible for other mechanical/electrical failures or for emissions bypass software used on public roads. The customer must ensure the vehicle is in good health. We reserve the right to refuse service if issues are found. Warranty coverage for the vehicle remains the owner's responsibility. Where possible, we back up the original ECU file to allow return to stock.

Price Matching

We reserve the right to price match items at our discretion. This policy may change at any time.

Merchandise Usage

Yakuza Motorsports is not responsible for damages resulting from use of purchased items. Always read installation instructions carefully. Some items are only legal for off-road or race use. Check your local laws before purchase.

For international customers, all packages may be subject to customs fees. Yakuza Motorsports is not responsible for these charges. If a package is refused, the customer is liable for all costs including return shipping and customs charges.

All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typos, misprints, or errors and may cancel orders with such issues.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

No cancellations on special order items. A 15% handling fee applies to cancelled special orders. The following items cannot be returned:

• Electronics
• Turbo/Supercharger kits
• External body parts (body kits)
• Engine internals and valvetrain
• Wheels and tyres
• Most interior items (e.g. seats, harnesses)
• Fittings and made-to-order lines
• Couplers, hoses, piping components
• Promotional products
• Racing suits, shoes, related clothing
• Liquid items
• Special-order items
• Open box / used items

No refund on coilovers unless installed professionally with proof. Warranties must be processed through our licensed workshop.

Wheels cannot be returned if the packaging seal is broken. We do not accept returns/refunds for incorrect size/specification/colour. Wheels not picked up within 1 week may incur forfeited deposits or restocking fees.
