Important! Universal items are not application specific and may or may not suit your vehicle. Some items may be suitable but are listed as universal (ie wheel nuts, oil filters) and In some circumstances a product may not fit automatically but can still be used with some modification (ie. catch can/gauge pod etc.). Be sure to check if the product is right for you or ask us for assistance before purchasing

TERMS & CONDITIONS / STORE POLICY
ORDERS & PAYMENT INFORMATION:

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. All back ordered parts(s) pertaining to a specific order will ship only when everything on that order is at our facility; unless requested to ship separately by the purchaser for a nominal fee. Orders made on yakuzamotorsport.com.au through the website, phone, or our Facebook page or by any other means are subjected to be held until all payment(s) clear. Product prices are to be used as an estimate only, our website prices are not live & manufacturing companies do change product prices, which result in order cancellation or product price update prior to shipping of the item. Accepted forms of payment are PayPal, COD, Afterpay, Zippay, Wizit or Bank Wire transfer. All orders shipped within Australia will be charged an additional 10.00% sales tax which is included on the checkout page. All order transactions are 128-bit SSL secured, verifiable by with a yellow lock in the bottom right corner of the browser window or in the address bar.

Please note that all in-store EFTPOS transactions will incur a 1.5% card surcharge.

Please be aware that Yakuza Motorsports no longer accepts over the phone payments. If you wish to order a product please do so via our website. If you require an installation of purchased product please phone our office and our friendly staff will give you a 1 time code to remove the shipping.

If you decide to purchase a product in-store and intend on using payment plan options please be aware that we do not offer PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay or Wizit. Our EFTPOS terminal is not compatible in-store with these payment options.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All orders are usually processed within 3 business days and shipped the same or the next day if in stock. excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, there may be slight delays in shipping. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email. Yakuza Motorsports does not guarantee a delivery date for items that are out of stock and/or backordered. The buyer must notify us of any special shipping arrangements. All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or the restocking fee of 25%. A signature may be required for some packages. If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.

All pick ups will be notified when parts arrive instore at Yakuza Motorsports. Not all products are kept in our showroom. If you have a query about stock availability please email sales@yakuzamotorsports.com

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please contact us immediately if you need to correct an address after placing your order. We strive to expedite processing and shipping but may have limited time to amend addresses.

All packages leaving our warehouse are carefully packaged, insulated, and inspected for accuracy. If you received a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect it in presence of the carrier before signing. All damage claims will be made with their respective carrier and Yakuza Motorsports will ship you replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and reimbursed. If a replacement item is not available, Yakuza Motorsports will refund you the item(s) amount.

PRODUCT PRICING AND SUPPLY:
While we always aim to have website pricing up to date and accurate, we reserve the right to change prices without notice and refund any order placed that contains items that have been sold at an incorrect price as the result of a website or data error. In this situation, the customer will be notified of the error and provided with the option of a refund for the order or for the item to be supplied at the correct price.

Rays Japan wheels pricing is a guide and not all pricing is correct. Please read the description before ordering as price is only a place holder as price fluctuates based on conversion rate at time of purchasing and shipping.

Should you cancel an online order after the product has been ordered or you do not respond to the email sent to you and you use Afterpay, Zippay, Wizit or Paypal you will be charged the fees that we get charged. You will also get charged a handling fee of 25% as we get charged from our supplier if a product is cancelled.

WARRANTY:
All items sold by Yakuza Motorsports are only warranted through their respective manufacturers. Please check the item(s) manufacturer for more details. No warranty will be available if the item(s) are mishandled, abused, or used. Some item(s) have serial numbers and production numbers to provide a traceable origin and destination and is well documented before leaving our warehouse for warranty purposes. If you received a defective item, we can file a warranty claim through the manufacturer, but it does not guarantee a replacement part as that decision is up to the manufacturer of the item(s). WARRANTY ON REBUILDS BY YAKUZA MOTORSPORTS

12 month / unlimited warranty 

Warranty Conditions

  1. The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your rights and remedies under law, including your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law on the purchase of this engine, Which cannot be excluded or modified.
  2. Subject to the exclusions and limitations below, Yakuza Motorsports warrants that the engine will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the specified warranty period.
  3. If a defect covered by warranty appears before the end of the warranty period, then Yakuza Motorsports will, in its sole discretion, either: (a) Replace or repair the defective parts or workmanship free of charge, or (b) Cause the defective parts or workmanship to be repaired or replaced by a person authorised by the engine reconditioner free of charge.
  4. The engine reconditioner will not accept any responsibility under this warranty for any expenses incurred for third party repairs unless written permission is given prior to said repairs being performed.
  5. Yakuza Motorsports reserves the right to replace defective parts of the engine with parts and components of similar quality, grade and composition where an identical part or component is not available. All engines or parts replaced under warranty become the property of Yakuza Motorsports. Engines presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the engine.
  6. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  7. Yakuza Motorsports shall be under no obligation under these warranty conditions if:
    (a) Before installation of the engine a qualified mechanic has not confirmed that the engine is fit for the purpose which is supplied and is compatible with the other parts and the vehicle into which the engine is to be installed.
    (b) The engine is not installed by a qualified person in accordance with vehicle manufacturer’s specifications and the recommended installation procedures supplied by the engine reconditioner.
    (c) The engine is not properly maintained in accordance with Yakuza Motorsports recommended service schedule.
  8. This warranty does not extend to cover:
    (a) Normal wear and tear
    (b) Any modifications, repairs or alterations performed, not authorised by Yakuza Motorsports;
    (c) Any corrosion or erosion;
    (d) Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect or offroad/track/circuit/drag/drift racing conditions;
    (e) Damage or wear caused by dirt or other contaminants;
    (f) Consumables;
    (g) Damage caused by overheating.
  9. Unless specifically purchased as such, this engine is not suitable for LPG, turbocharged or marine applications.
  10. Yakuza Motorsports shall not be liable for any damage, loss of profits or any other loss or damage including consequential loss or damage caused in the event of an engine failure under this warranty.
  11. The warranty is not transferable
  12. Subsequent minimum service as detailed in the card must also be validated where indicated as they are performed, with documentation supporting these validations to be produced upon request.
  13. If a problem with the engine arises, you must first contact Yakuza Motorsports.
  14. To make a warranty claim, you must make the engine available at your cost for inspection and testing by Yakuza Motorsports. If such inspection and testing finds no defect in the engine, then you must pay the Yakuza Motorsports costs of service work, evaluation and testing.
  15. Yakuza Motorsports makes no express warranties or representations other than set out in this warranty.

Warranty on Digital Products (ECU Tunes)
Modifying and/or Tuning a vehicle will void manufacturer warranty. By purchasing any of our ECU Tune products, the vehicle owner accepts the potential risks involved when modifying a vehicle beyond factory specifications. Some of the risks include, but not limited to, increased wear and reduced engine reliability. While these ECU Tune products have undergone extensive development and testing on a vehicle operating at its optimum, the onus is on the vehicle owner to ensure the vehicle is mechanically sound before and after modification.

VEHICLE TUNING DISCLAIMER

Scope of service
We offer full ECU (engine control unit) remapping service and custom tuned software & engineering for
various makes and models of vehicle. We strive to provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction
in all cases. We only use established and tested ECU reprogramming tools to ensure the highest level of
reliability and service.
A full diagnostic check of all vehicles is carried out prior to and after any ECU remap or reprogramming
service is carried out by us. All vehicles may be driven on the road for testing and/or data logging purposes.
Responsibility
Engine Control Unit (ECU) – While carrying out remapping and reprogramming of the vehicle ECU, we take
full responsibility for the engine control unit and its operation. In the unlikely case that any issue arises
during the flash programming process of the ECU, then we will strive to carry out recovery, repair or
replacement of the ECU as required. For customers provided with our custom written tuning files and carry
out ECU flash programming themselves, we provide no responsibility for any ECU faults that may occur. We
will however always strive to provide any support we can.
Other Mechanical / Electrical faults – We do not accept liability for any other vehicle mechanical or electrical
failure or faults prior or after the remapped ECU software has been installed. We will also not be held liable
for any emission control bypass software used on the public highway
Engine / Vehicle Health – It is the customers responsibility to ensure the vehicle and engine is in good health
when provided to us for remapping. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our remap service if any
suspect issues are identified with the vehicle following our own initial diagnostic and health check. We will
offer full advice regarding any issues identified where required.
Vehicle Warranty – It is the customers responsibility to ensure their vehicle warranty is not affected by the
installation of custom ECU software.
Return to Stock – In all cases possible, we will carry out full backup of the vehicle ECU software that was
previously running on the vehicle as provided to us. This will allow the customer to return to their previous
ECU software if ever required. Charges may apply

Please read all instructions and/or installation manuals carefully before using the product. Some item(s) are only legal off-road and/or off-highway and may be illegal for public roads or highways. Please check with your state and local country laws.

Customs & Brokerage Fees: All international packages can be subjected to fees from your country’s customs. yakuzamotorsport.com.au is not responsible for the payment of taxes, and/or duty fees. The amount that is charged varies for each country and we do not know what you will be charged. All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Yakuza Motorsports is not responsible for any typographical errors, misprints or computer glitches on this site and reserves the right to cancel orders that have been placed with such errors.

Items that cannot be returned

NO CANCELLATIONS ON ANY SPECIAL ORDER IN ITEMS – There will be a handling/stocking fee of 15% should you cancel your special order item.

There is no REFUND on Coilovers that are not installed by a professional and proof of installation must be provided. All Coilover Warranties must be carried out by our licenced Workshop.

Wheels can not be returned if the packaging seal has been broken. This is due to the high value of the wheel once the seal has been broken and is not in resellable condition. We do not accept returns/refunds on wheels if you choose the wrong size/specification/colour

If you do not pick up in stock wheels within 1 week of them arriving in our showroom you will either forfeit your deposit or you will be charged a restocking fee for them to be sent back to our warehouse as we do not hold wheels for longer than 1 week.
